The first week's tasks were interesting and quite good fun, although I may have spent rather a long time deciding on a theme for my igoogle page, it was a useful task selecting which gadgets to include - making me think a lot about what I find most useful to know straight away when I open up the internet - in the end plumped for BBC News, weather, New Scientist and Google maps, along with a few slightly random but interesting extras like a literary quote for the day...

Week 1
